[Just For Fun] Throwback Thursday: KKGTASL #2

From my previous TBT:

I recently came across an old blog of mine that (jokingly) gave suggestions on how to save money in the most ridiculous of ways. I had such a blast reading it that I decided to re-post all chapters one at a time every Thursdays as my Throwback Thursday posts.

There were seven chapters, so I’m all set for the next 7 weeks. After all 7 chapters have been posted, I plan on continuing this series, hoping that future me would have as much fun as I’m having right now.

I also promised a funnier second chapter, so here:

Kaptain Kuripot’s Guide to a Sulit Life

Chapter Two: Detergent Soap

For this week, we will divert our attention from food to other necessities. Cleaning necessities, in particular. For this edition, we'll focus on detergent powder and soap.

Most detergents are designed for use in washing clothes, but everyone knows they can also be used in washing our hands, or dishes, etc. To make the most out of your "Tide", therefore, try the following sequence.

Note that the following should be followed in the correct order, or else....

1. Before using it on clothing, mix a pack of powder detergent (or dissolve a bar of soap) in clean water.

2. Use this solution to clean, first and foremost, your body. This is excellent in washing hands and butts, right after moving bowel. So go to the toilet and move your bowel, then use the solution to wash your hands and your ass.

3. As the water flows along your skin, make sure you catch it before it reaches the floor. Get it? The water used in washing your hands, or butt, or whatever, can still be reused.

4. Gather the water used in washing your body and save it for later. Use what's left of the original solution to do your laundry.

5. Again, make sure no water goes to waste. Gather all the used water from steps 3 and 4 and mix it with what's left of the original solution.

6. The new water/soap solution should still be white or just faintly grayish. Use the solution in cleaning either your room, or your car. Just submerge a piece of cloth into your solution, wipe or scrub the room/car surface, dip again, and scrub again, until your room or car is clean.

7. At this point the solution should be dark gray to black in color. But still, don't throw this away.

Go back to the toilet and make sure your feces is still in the toilet bowl. Use the solution to flush the bowl. This saves you about six gallons of fresh, clean water.

In summary, using just one pack of detergent and about a pail of water, you were able to wash your hands, you butt, and/or your body, your clothes, your car and/or your room, and even flush your toilet bowl. Best of all, you were able to move your bowel.

I know it's a bit disgusting, but I know some of you have done this (whole or in part) at some point in your lives. ^_~ Tune in again next week for another edition of Kaptain Kuripot's Guide to a Sulit Life!
